It is with relief and thankfulness that we announce that Seyed M. Mousavi was released from prison on Monday, January 25, 2010, after an arduous period of incarceration,  spanning over two an a half years.  He has – at long last – rejoined his family and his community.

The struggle is not yet at an end.  Mr. Mousavi’s appeal is pending, and will be heard on March 1, 2010, in the city of Pasadena.  At the appeal, Mr. Mousavi hopes finally to clear his good name.  Mr. Mousavi needs your continued support and prayers during this serious and important effort.

It is hoped that the government will cease its harassment of Mr. Mousavi and his family so that he can, once again, be the vital asset to the community for which he has become so well-known and valued.
